Step 1

Initial Consultation

Starting at $350

We begin with a 1-on-1 video or in-person consultation to understand your livestreaming goals, venue setup, and budget. Based on this, we’ll develop a tailored plan including equipment recommendations, streaming software, overlays, and a setup strategy that meets your needs. Once approved, we move to the setup phase.

Step 2

Test Setup

$2000 + Equipment Cost

After you purchase the recommended gear (cameras, capture cards, tripods, audio, etc.), we work with you remotely or in person to assemble a complete test setup. This includes camera positioning, OBS configuration, custom overlays, and integrating your scoring system. We ensure everything runs smoothly before going live.

Competition Support

If you are livestreaming an event for the first time, we offer comprehensive support to guide you through the process. Our team can provide on-call or in-person technical assistance on the day of your competition, ensuring your setup is correctly configured, addressing any last-minute technical issues, and supporting you throughout the broadcast.
